Flores Mobile App offers a convenient and user-friendly platform for participants to upload debit card documentation and submit claims. With real-time access to consumer-driven account data, our fully responsive website ensures that you can manage your account from anywhere, at any time.

To get started, simply log on to the application using your PID or User Name and password.

Submitting Claims

• To submit a claim, navigate to the main screen and select "Upload". From there, choose the type of claim you wish to upload.
• You can then capture images of your documentation directly using your device's camera, upload up to 10 images from your camera roll, and provide claim details.

Once your claim is submitted, you will receive standard e-Status messages informing you of its processing status by Flores.

Accessing Account Information

• In addition to claim submissions, the Flores Mobile App allows you to access your Flores Account Information.
• By selecting one of your accounts, you will seamlessly be redirected to the responsive Flores247.com website without needing to log in again.
• Through this portal, you can view account history, access plan documents, add Authorized Users, manage Direct Deposit information, and find helpful guides.
